Picture this: me, your trusted beauty and fashion expert, embarking on a quest to uncover the most opulent and extravagant business class offerings. Armed with my passport, I took flight on six different airlines, each promising a unique and unforgettable experience.

First stop, Air New Zealand, where I soared from the bustling streets of New York to the pristine shores of Auckland. A journey lasting a whopping 18 hours, but hey, who’s counting? While Air New Zealand may not have reached the same heights of luxury as its Asian counterparts, it still had its charms. And let’s not forget, it claims the title of the world’s fourth-longest flight!

Next, I hopped aboard Singapore Airlines, flying high on the world’s longest flight from Singapore to New York. With its elegant service and impeccable attention to detail, it’s no wonder why Singapore Airlines is known as a five-star carrier. I couldn’t help but indulge in their cultural cuisine, feasting on sushi and savoring the flavors of Asia as I soared through the clouds.

But wait, there’s more! My journey also took me to the magnificent land of Japan, where I experienced the wonders of All Nippon Airways, better known as ANA. Stepping into their “The Room” business class was like entering a chic hotel suite in the sky. With a full privacy door and a cozy lie-flat bed, I was whisked away into a world of pure luxury. And let’s not forget the delightful bento box meals they served – a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds!

As my adventure continued, I found myself aboard La Compagnie, a little-known all-business-class airline. This boutique carrier may not have the same name recognition as its counterparts, but it certainly knows how to deliver a memorable experience. With its partnerships with high-end travel companies and its upcoming VIP tours to the Caribbean, La Compagnie is always thinking outside the box.

German leisure carrier Condor was also on my radar, and boy, did they impress! Their new business class seats aboard their Airbus A330-900neos left me feeling like a VIP on a private jet. And with direct-aisle access and enhanced privacy, it was the perfect setting for a jet-setter like me.

Last, but certainly not least, I embarked on a 12-hour journey with Korean Air in their “Prestige” business class. From the moment I stepped onto their Boeing 747-8i, I knew I was in for a treat. The Apex Suites, featuring a staggered layout and direct aisle access for every passenger, gave me the perfect combination of luxury and functionality.

But enough about my incredible journey, let’s dive into the nitty-gritty details. When it comes to privacy, All Nippon Airways takes the cake with its full privacy door. It was like having my own personal cocoon in the sky. And Korean Air wasn’t far behind, with its unique Apex Suite providing a somewhat enclosed space.

Storage is always a concern when flying business class, but fear not! Korean Air and Singapore Airlines led the pack with their ample storage options. Korean Air even had two giant bins next to my window seat, ensuring I could stow away all my essentials without cluttering up my space.

Now, let’s talk about comfort. The beds on ANA and Singapore Airlines were absolute game-changers. With their wide seats that convert into lavish lie-flat beds, I felt like I was drifting off to dreamland on a fluffy cloud. Korean Air and Air New Zealand also offered plenty of space to get comfy, even allowing me to sleep on my stomach without feeling cramped.

Of course, we can’t forget about the inflight meals! Each airline had its own unique culinary offerings, from traditional bibimbap on Korean Air to delectable Australian dishes on Air New Zealand. Singapore Airlines truly took the cake (or should I say, the floating island dessert?) with its Michelin-star-level cuisine. And La Compagnie surprised me with its customized dishes created by renowned chefs.

Throughout my journey, I was especially impressed by the level of customer service on all six airlines. The flight attendants on Korean, Singapore, and ANA went above and beyond to ensure I felt like royalty, constantly checking in and making sure my every need was met.

But, dear reader, the choice is ultimately yours. While each airline had its own unique charm, ANA stole my heart with its sliding door, giant lie-flat bed, sumptuous bento box meals, dreamy pajamas, and yes, even a bidet in the lavatory!

So, whether you’re seeking the ultimate privacy, the most decadent meals, or simply a cozy lie-flat bed to rest your weary head, business class travel is an experience like no other. Indulge in the luxury, savor the impeccable service, and let yourself be pampered high above the clouds.
